Art. X "Prohibition of unrecognition"

According to this law shall be punished,

1 Anyone who makes himself unrecognizable at meetings and other gatherings of people in public spaces.

2 Anyone who deliberately makes it impossible or significantly more difficult to identify himself by covering his face or his overall appearance makes himself unrecognizable.

3 This does not apply to making oneself unrecognizable for special reasons, namely for health, cultural and religious reasons.

4 The competent authority may grant further exceptions, provided that public safety and order are not impaired thereby.
